Born and raised in the City of Chicago, Sherita Owens chose to begin her career as a licensed Realtor® when she saw an opportunity to be an honest educator to people in her community and around the city, about how to build generational wealth through investing in real estate. 

Sherita‘s extensive experience as a high volume logistics professional, paired with her knowledge of the city and investment wholesaling, has given her the ability to build a successful repeat and referral business, based on her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on taking action. These attributes allow her to provide a seamless purchase, sale or investment experience for her clients, no matter what stage of the real estate journey they are in.

By incorporating systems and processes to help her effectively service all of her clients and excel in negotiations, she is able to maintain consistent and thorough service from start to finish. 

Sherita consistently provides a transparent and knowledgeable approach to every transaction, ensuring that each individual she works with is able to make well informed decisions throughout the entire process. 

When she isn't busy in the Chicago real estate streets, you can find Sherita spending time around Chicago, especially at one of the many dog parks with her Pomeranian, Ashton, working out with her trainer or traveling.
